Ritchi Kumagai is the Director of Keystone Agency LLC, which specializes in administrative support, translation, and interpretation services. Born in Okinawa, Ritchi began his career in the U.S. working in the field of market research, specializing in consumer, business, and government research projects. Upon his return to Okinawa in 2012, he worked in construction consulting where he was primarily involved in development projects for international hotel brands, retailers, and academic institutions. Ritchi has been an active member of AmCham Okinawa since 2014, serving as Committee Chair and Secretary as well as supporting other Chamber functions.
